The Foundation is a qualified public charity under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3).
The Foundation owns the perpetual film rights in the Federally copyrighted feature screenplay Aegis for Dreams.
The Foundation will secure charitable pledges conditioned on securing a production agreement with a qualified production company.
